Another win for Alliance – The Distributor Cup from FEA
This past week Alliance were at the FEA LET (Light Equipment and Tableware) forum’s charity dinner due to being shortlisted for the Distributor Cup. We have won the cup for the last three years and this year we were looking at making it four consecutive wins. The evening was lovely and the FEA did a fantastic job and we’d also like to extend our appreciation to the host venue, Whittlebury Hall in Towcester.
The award was announced by Steve Goodliff, the chair of the FEA LET Group and we were one of three companies who had been shortlisted for the award and we were delighted when he informed all in attendance that we were the winners once again for the Distributor Cup.
Whilst awarding us the cup, Steve commented saying:
“Alliance’s consistency and support is simply outstanding. Huge congratulations to the team for winning yet again.”
We at Alliance are immensely proud of our entire team nationwide team and everyone that makes up our distribution network. We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank every single person who makes up Alliance as without them we wouldn’t be the long-standing, award winning company we are today.
We would also like to thank Jack Duffy and Sarah Overton (the general managers of our East Midlands and West Midlands branches) for being present to represent us at the award evening.
Additionally, we’d also like to take a moment to congratulate the other award winners of the night, with special comment being made to Martin Shaw formerly of FEM who won the Donald Bird Award which recognises an individual who has gone the extra mile and had a significant impact on the light equipment and tableware industry. It is fully deserved!
