Young chefs wanting to push their boundaries and relishing the idea of elevating their status in the UK culinary world are invited to enter the 2010 Craft Guild of Chefs’ Graduate Awards.
Organisers want to hear from chefs who are 23 or under and believe they can impress top industry chefs with a paper entry and if successful, pass a regional cooking test in July.
Chefs who make it through these first two stages will then be invited to take the final cooking exam at Thames Valley University on Thursday, September 9th, judged by a panel of top chefs.
This year’s successful graduates will be announced in front of hundreds of influential guests at an awards luncheon at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington, London on Tuesday, September 14th.
