It has to be squeaky clean
A new study by P&G Professional and the British Hospitality Association shows how fresh and clean first impressions can drive venue and spur business growth in restaurants, pubs and hotels.
Nine out of 10 people surveyed would not recommend an establishment that did not appear clean or fresh while 90% said a clean and shiny reception area creates the best impression after welcoming guests.
Bob Cotton, of the BHA said: “This report is crucial as it is timely. With domestic holidays on the increase, hotels and restaurants need to ensure that they encourage even more people to holiday in Britain.”
