On the 11th June, 32 teams from around the world will begin competing for footballs greatest accolade in the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
Arguably the worlds biggest sporting event – next to the Olympics – the World Cup presents the catering and hospitality industry with the perfect opportunity to drive sales. Pubs and bars can expect an increase in people with face-paint wearing a St Georges flag as a cape customers on Match days …are you prepared?
England will play at least three group-stage games. The fixtures are as follows:-
- England vs USA – 7.30pm, 12 June
- England vs Algeria – 7.30pm, 18 June
- Solvenia vs England - 3.00pm, 23 June
