My drain is above where the machine will go so what do I do?
Either purchase a stand so the machine is above the drain, or purchase a machine with a drain pump that will pump the waste water out.
What does gravity drain mean?
Gravity drain means that when installed the waste water from the machine needs to be able to drain away downwards to the drain. So in effect it uses “gravity” to drain away.
Do I need a water softener?
If you know your premises are located in a hard water area then a water softener is recommended.
