More new commercial cooking equipment! Today we have added a selection of Fortius fryers and griddles.
The fryers are available in single tank 10ltr models up to 24ltr twin tanks. Made from stainless steel they also feature a thermostat control which cuts off for safety reasons if the food becomes too hot. We also supply various stands if you require them instead of conter-top placement.
The single/dual griddles are again made from stainless steel and available in various sizes from 300 to 900 mm wide.
