Another month down, another chance to look back over September’s sales and see what catering equipment was flying out of the warehouse. It looks like it was a good month for glassware with 3 of the top 5 sellers coming from this part of the website. I personally think this is a direct result of the Man City fans drowning their sorrows after those 6 minutes of injury time.

Wine Glasses
At just £22.19 for 48 x Saxon Wine Glasses – it’s not surprising to see sales were up in this section throughout September.

Fryers and Chip Scuttles
Could have been a busy month at the local chippy or maybe the fast food outlets once the pub closes – either way, we sold a few products from this category. The Lincat electric fryers were selling well, in particular the Lincat Silverlink DF49.

Beer Glasses
We had a few sunny days in September so could be that people were clinging onto the last few days of sunshine and enjoying a few pints in the local beer garden. Sales of beer glasses were well up on previous months, the Nonic Beer Glass at £14.79 for 48 was a particularly good seller.

Utopia Pure White Crockery
Sales of this crockery set are always high, it’s one of our most economical ranges and popular in school canteens where cost is a very important factor. With 6 pieces starting from as low as £2.85, it’s easy to see why Utopia’s Pure White crockery is a popular choice every month.

Tumblers
So… a glassware product topped the charts this month. In September it was the turn of the lowly tumbler glass to beat of strong competition from it’s specialist brothers, the wine & beer glass. The 28cl Hi-Ball Tumbler sold well at £14.25 for 48.
