Any questions?

We get many e-mails sent to the response@allianceonline.co.uk address from people looking for recommendations on what products to use for their catering events or simply after more information on specific products.

I’ve picked out a few of these questions and added our response. Maybe we’ve already answered a question you wanted to ask…

Q. On your website you advertise reuseable polycarbonate glasses. Is it possible to have a company logo printed on these?

A. Yes, we can offer logo printing services on glassware. Please contact our customer service team on 0844 499 5400 and ask to speak to someone from sales support regarding this.

Q. I’m looking for cream tea crockery, the little plate that holds the scone with two joined on parts for the jam and cream; like a “lovers seat”. Do you stock/know who does?

A. Churchill Options - this range has detachable dipper pots suitable and provides a modern twist to the presentation of the traditional ‘cream tea’.

Coffee Shop crockery - the Snack Attack range may be more suited in the Coffee Shop section of our website. Particularly the triangular snack plates and relish pots.

The following two links are more suited to what you described in your enquiry.

Q. Do you sell the American style Chinese food boxes for take away foods?

A. We do supply the type of takeaway box you require, please follow the link and scroll down to Oriental Food Boxes: -

Paper and Board Food Containers

Our Oriental Food Boxes are leak proof, microwaveable and biodegradable.

Q. Do you supply any containers suitable for micro oven and leak proof? 2 or 3 litre containers capacity. For take-away operation

A. In response to your enquiry, may I recommend two types of containers;

1) Foil Containers and Lids: These can be used in conventional ovens and microwaves, and can withstand deep freeze temperatures.

2) Combination Packs: These are translucent polypropylene containers and lids, microwavable and ideal for take-aways.

I would say the second recommendation are more leak proof than the first option.

Hopefully we can make this a regular feature of the blog. I’ll try to pick out some more questions as we recieve them. In the meantime, feel free to ask any questions here…
